Hosted by Chef Cynthia Peters, The French Country Kitchen celebrates the spirit of French cooking while showcasing the local ingredients, flavours, and passionate makers of the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville in South Eastern Ontario. From farm-fresh produce to artisan cheese, every episode will highlight the beauty of simple French cuisine, with a local twist. Filmed on location at Cynthia’s home, Maison Maitland is set along the banks of the St. Lawrence River near Brockville and the 1000 Islands.​​
